- Cleaning / energy fee per stay: $300
- Utah lodging tax 13.1%
- Add $50 per extra person if group exceeds 10.
Deposit and payment - 25% of the total is due on booking to hold your week; 50% deposit is required for the holiday weeks. Your balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; 90 days for the weeks of Christmas, New Years’ and Presidents’ Day. The tax rate is 13.1%, in addition to the weekly rate. Our contract will be included in the information packet; you must return a signed contract to keep your reservation.

Cancellation policy - Refunds on cancellations are refundable less a 10% cancellation fee for cancellations received 90 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made 89-61 days prior forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival are completely non-refundable.
