Deposit and payment - 25% of the total is due on booking to hold your week. Your balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The tax rate is 13.1%, in addition to the weekly rate.

Cancellation policy - If you cancel prior to your final payment due date you will be refunded your deposit minus a $100 handling fee. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival 90% of your payment will be refunded if the week is rebooked, 25% if not.
