Truly enjoy your vacation with the convenience and comfort of taking some or all of your meals in the Chalet. Our award winning chef Jeremy Swindlehurst can prepare a full breakfast, apres-ski appetizers and 3 course dinners. He has numerous menu options available at a variety of price points.
If you prefer to cook but don't want to deal with the shopping, Jeremy can also visit the local grocery stores for you.

Cleaning Services
All stays require a $300 fee that covers opening and final cleanings with a daily check. Daily cleaning would be $35 extra per day.
Massage Therapy
Julie Willis, besides being our concierge, is also our massage therapist. She is a former massage therapist for the US XC and Cycling Teams and has been serving Alta guests since 1988. Contact Julie at juliewillis@me.com to arrange for service.
Luggage Storage and Shipping
We can store luggage for a maximum of 48 hours. Any longer than that will incur a fee of $25 per day per bag since we have to make arrangements to store offsite. There will be a charge of $40 per bag if we must return bags for you. UPS and FEDEX do not pick up from The Black Bear Chalet.
